How long until my order is shipped?

All orders are dispatched within 3 working days of receiving your order. We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Deliveries are made Tuesday - Friday, and sometimes Saturdays dependent on Royal Mail

My shipping address is incorrect, can I change this?

Before placing an order please double check that your address is written correctly.

In some circumstances the shipping address can be changed, for example if your order has not been shipped. Please contact us.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you would like to amend your order please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has already been processed or shipped unfortunately we are unable to make any changes

My order has not arrived yet?

Please check the following:

1) Your unique tracking number

2) Is the shipping address correct?

3) Contact us

There is a problem with my order

Please contact us with your order number, address and a detailed description/photograph of the problem and we will look in to this for you

Can I return my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on perishable food items

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been processed we are unable to cancel your order. However, please contact us to see if we can do anything to help.
